Celebrating a decade of success at MultiMinds
1 July 2024 marks a significant milestone for MultiMinds as we celebrate our 10th anniversary. As co-founders, Philippe and I are incredibly proud to reflect on our journey and the achievements that have brought us to where we are today. Over the past decade, we have established a recognised brand not only in Belgium but also beyond its borders.
Building a strong team
Building a strong team has been one of our greatest accomplishments. With over 20 dedicated professionals who have been with us for an average of six years, we have created a robust and cohesive unit. Their commitment and expertise have been instrumental in driving our success. As a services company, we are completely dependent on our team, and it is their passion and dedication that have enabled us to reach this milestone. We owe the success of MultiMinds to each and every one of them.
Forging strong partnerships
Our journey has been enriched by partnerships with numerous prestigious brands, some of which have been with us since day one. This year, we are thrilled to have strengthened our collaboration with many existing clients and welcomed new major brands such as KitchenAid, CIM, Renson, and Aliaxis into our family. Guidance from our advisory board
Our smart advisory board has also played a pivotal role in our growth. Their strategic guidance and insights have been invaluable, helping us navigate challenges and seize opportunities. Their expertise has been a critical component of our ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic business environment. I would advise any startup company to put together an advisory board as one of the first actions they should take.
Overcoming challenges
Of course, our path hasn't been without challenges. We have had to adapt to changing economic circumstances (definitely since COVID), evolving business needs of our clients, and a growing competitive landscape. Keeping our team united and motivated while redefining our services and exploring new markets has required continuous effort and resilience. Yet, we stand strong today, more prepared than ever to tackle the future.
